Slowly Feeling Like Myself Again

Pray, eat healthy, workout, take walks and get ready for the day. My usual advice to making sure the day gets accomplished and I feel great about myself each and every day. Ok, I admit it. I was not HUGE in taking my own advice when I first got pregnant with baby number 4! I actually have been pretty lazy and sick and tired and meh for the last 11-12 weeks or so. I tried to get a few workouts in, but man, it just wasn't happening - and healthy food - HA! FORGEDDABOUTIT! But now that the 2nd trimester is just about here, I am feeling more like myself and getting better about getting work done, getting ready (even though approx. 8 hours after washing my hair it gets super greasy), and doing daily workouts and walks. Also been really trying to track my food intake, however, it's not 100% good every day, woops!

Right before we found out that we were pregnant, I decided to raise my prices for design work here at Vibrant Imagery. It was great because I wasn't working AROUND THE CLOCK like I had been, but at the same time, I wasn't working much at all either - which was actually kind of nice because of how sick and tired I've been. I was also getting some complaints that many of my potential clients couldn't afford my services - even though they really loved my work and wanted to work with me. Well now that I'm feeling a lot better and up to working again, I've decided to redo my pricing structure pretty dramatically so that more people and small businesses can utilize my services. I'm really looking forward to seeing how this will help many people. As far as getting back on the healthy train... I feel like it's going good. I've been able to get a workout in each day this week (except Monday when I had some sort of mystery knee injury). It got better after Tuesday night - after I did my first workout of the week. I'm excited to keep going and make this a fit pregnancy - like my last one! I felt so healthy and accomplished after baby Rhett was born, and my body snapped back so quickly. That's definitely where I want to be again! So, here I am, happy to be feeling better, and ready to get back to life again haha!
